"Sorry Guys, We’re Going Out Of Business"
As the title says we are going out of business, unfortunately we have reached the point where we just can't operate profitably any more so we have had to shut down our operations. We would like to thank our customers for their business, we really do appreciate it and we wish you the best with your future endeavours. While we are going out of business we are not going to be leaving you high and dry, instead we will be transferring the domain name to a new hosting company called lentl.net.
We certainly appreciate that this change will be an inconvenience for some of out customers and we do apologize for it but it really was necessary. The good news is that there are a number of advantages to the new arrangement.
Lentl.net is one of the top hosting companies in the business so we know that you will benefit from working with them. In particular they are well known for their extremely reliable hosting which makes running your website a very
simple task, you really don't need to worry about them keeping up their end of the bargain. Their pricing is less competitive than we were, but then again, we didn't end up surviving the competitive business that is web hosting...
The other advantage that this change offers is that lentl.net offers a number of services that we didn't offer which should help to improve your website. They offer things like database management, search engine optimization services and even outsourced sales assistance. What they are actually offering is everything that you need to run an online business and not just running a website. This should help you to increase your sales which will hopefully make the hassles of the changeover worth it for most of our customers.
During the changeover period when out customers are moving over to lentl.net we will do everything that we can to help with the process. It should all be fairly straightforward and we don't really expect any major problems but as always the best laid plans can still go awry. If you do have any issues with the change let us know and we will do all that we can to help you to get them sorted out. Making sure that our customers are happy and that they remain happy after the move to lentl.net is important to us.
Again we apologize for any inconvenience that our going out of business may cause to you and we do want to say thank you for the time that you spent as our customers. Unfortunately failure is sometimes a part of running a business and we hope to take what we have learned from this experience and apply it to our future ventures.
